Hello Ministry Team Volunteers,
The Vision: See the Holy Spirit Move in Powerful and Life Changing Ways!
We are extremely excited to welcome you to the DFC Ministry Team! This is an excellent opportunity for you to share your Holy Spirit given spiritual gifts with people. You have been selected because you exhibited Christlike character with a servant’s heart. We believe you will be a great addition to the DFC Ministry team and help us continue advancing the Gospel in this community!
This final information is an outline of expectations and personal responsibilities that we have to better help you grow as team member, follower of Christ, and a volunteer at DFC. Please take your time to read through this packet before signing and returning to the Ministry leader.
It is critical that you understand our procedures before you become part of our team. We strive to work in an environment of love and compassion. Due to our unique culture, we expect a lot out of our Ministry team members but know that everything that we do is so that people far and near to God can experience life in Christ.

- All scheduling will be done in 3-month blocks and made available at dansvillefoursquare.org.
- You are under the direction of the Ministry Leader; it is imperative that you remain teachable and accountable. When in doubt seek direction from the leader, we are here to support you. Knowing how to receive loving correction is our norm.
- During the Ministry experience, look like you enjoy being there! When you are engaged, the rest of the people and those you are ministering to will be engaged.

- Make sure that you are ready to pray and be available near the counseling room at the conclusion of the message/sermon.
- Please look and smell presentable and dress modestly.

- If there any issues, they need to be addressed with the leader and pastor, serving is a privilege and honor and needs to be taken seriously.
- Remember, everything we do is so that people far and near to God will be filled with life in Christ. The goal is for people who do not know Jesus to see life, and believers to grow in their faith, as we move in ministry. What you do and how you minister is so important!
